What is ICT? Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in education is the mode of education that use information and communications technology to support, enhance, and optimise the delivery of information.

What is Animation? Animation is the art of creating the optical illusion of moving pictures. It can be done by the fast sequencing of images in a short time. It creates an illusion that make the images appear to be moving.

ICT- Animation is a sub strand of the track of Information Communication Technology offered by Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) track.

Animation is important because it makes us be able to tell stories and communicate emotions and ideas in a unique, easy-to-perceive way that both small children and adults can understand. Animation has helped connect people throughout the world in a way that sometimes writing and live-action films cannot.

Animation has different types starting from the Traditional Animation , 2D Animation, 3D Animation, Stop Motion Animation, Cut out and collage Animation, Rotoscoping, and Cel Animation.

Animation can be used in different ways. It can be used for education, entertainment, advertisement, marketing,  scientific visualization, creative arts, gaming, simulations, medical, retail, architecture and engineering, and manufacturing.
